INFORMATION POST:
☆ World Information
☆ Hikaru Takeda is 19 years old and works as a Superintendent General for the PIPE. She lives in Tokyo's Greater Metropolitan Area in an apartment. She lives alone and commutes to work in an issued hovercar, which she is licensed to drive.
☆ Hikaru is known as a Protector, a technological-based magical girl. As described before, the training they go through is rather intense and requires a long amount of dedication. Hence, this is why the trainers like to start them out young so that by the time they hit adulthood, they have a full understanding of their powers and have a lower chance of failing in the field. They are given personal weapons, which Hikaru has four pairs of guns that are capable of storing both normal bullets as well as bullets made out of a ciycusium and hypoglutum, two precious metals in Hikaru's world. These are made so that the Gnocem can be purified. The shot takes a great deal of concentration as well as power, so these are shots not meant to be wasted under any circumstances. The bullets are rather hard to manufacture and take a long time to find the materials again since they're so rare.
☆ She has two forms that grant her stronger abilities, known as Shining Protector Vita and Great Protector Vita.
Appearance
☆ Standard: Hikaru is 5'6'' with red eyes and has mid-back length blond hair that's kept in a ponytail with one part braided in the front. This part of her hair hangs down from her chest. She's in tip-top physical shape and is rather muscular for a female thanks to the body mass she's put on from her training.
☆ Uniform: Members of the PIPE need to wear a uniform, and as such, Hikaru can normally be seen in a blue jacket and skirt with a white blouse, tie, thigh-high white stockings and a pair of boots. Under her jacket, she normally wears a gun shoulder strap that stores her two guns as well as have two holsters around her hips. Her badge rests inside of her jacket and it contains her personal information, the precinct she's in and a mark signifying her status as a Protector. She has a few decorations on her uniform, which are awards as well as a fourragère.
☆ Protector: Protectors have a white bodysuit with flames on the sides of the arms and legs with a white scarf. They have a pair of glasses that act as a readout as well as protect the user's eyes from any attacks. As Vita, Hikaru's eyes change to blue and her hair goes from blond to a deep crimson red. This is to protect the true identity of the Protector so that their family isn't targeted by the Gnocem themselves. The bodysuit is both magically and technologically enforced to take a beating, even if it looks primarily like spandex.
